7PM This show
will express how we navigate the world as it is to become the people we want
to be. The
showcase will include youth and adult dancers’ ballet, hip hop, break dance,
jazz, tap, hula, bellydance, and more! DANCE TEAM Our dance
teams have performance opportunities throughout the year around the Bay Area.
You may take
our classes for fun, but for that extra challenge and motivation – join our
dance team! CSJ has a
performance group for the following dance Genres: Hip Hop,
Jazz, Salsa, Belly Dance, Hula, African, Break Dance and Tap We have
performance groups for both Youth, Teens & Adults CSJ does
not audition. When a
student and teacher feel the student is ready they may join the dance team! NEW AT THE STUDIO This year
there have been some physical changes at the Studios. We have
created a beautiful photo gallery of our teachers in the lobby. We also
have created a beautiful mural in our community room. Shari
Steel, a professional artist generously facilitated this Studio wide project. YOUTH
TAP Dance Class A classic dance genre that never gets
old! Meanwhile, check out our current
youth class schedule. SUMMER CAMP Each
summer we offer a 5-day, 12-session Summer Fitness & Dance Camp for Kids
Age 4-13. The CSJ summer camp helps young people stay
physically fit, active and mindful about their body in addition to learning
all the latest moves and dance combinations in a safe, fun and supportive
learning environment. The CSJ commitment to your child’s physical and social well being is
grounded in real world knowledge of child development, caring and well
